Report a page.

Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll look at it. You don’t need an account.

What to report

  • A page pretending to be someone else — a person, a business, a bank
  • Someone taking money and not delivering
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Anything illegal
  • Threats, harassment, or hate speech
  • Sexual content involving anyone under 18

Please report this to the authorities too.

Not sure whether something breaks the rules? Read the Acceptable Use Policy.

Report a page

Screenshots help most — chats, receipts, the page itself.

You can report without it. Leaving it means we can ask a question if we need to, and tell you what we decided.

What happens next

  1. 1We look at it fast. Serious reports can suspend a page within minutes, before anyone reviews it.
  2. 2A person reviews it. Automatic suspension isn’t a decision — it’s a pause.
  3. 3Nothing gets deleted. If a report turns out to be wrong, the page comes back exactly as it was.
  4. 4We’ll tell you what happened if you left contact details.

If you’re the one who got reported

Being reported doesn’t mean you did anything wrong — anyone can report any page, and some reports are mistakes or malice. A person will review it. If nothing’s wrong, your page is restored untouched. If you think a decision was wrong, tell us and we’ll look again.

If you’ve lost money

Report the page here so we can stop it happening to someone else. Then contact your bank, and report it to the police. Your payment went through Paystack to the seller’s own bank account — we can’t reverse it, but we can preserve the records and cooperate with any investigation.
